Protection for Your Mobile Document Signings

Security is a top priority at Central Signing Service, Inc. We support our clients in their efforts to be compliant and safely store and transfer consumer information. We stay current on the latest in consumer protection regulation and security technology and update our security measures accordingly.

We use a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that enables the exchange of confidential files easily, securely and professionally.

Central Signing Service, Inc. provides a secure alternative to email.

Files are protected 2 ways while at rest using AES 256-bit encryption (a Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) approved encryption algorithm) in addition to unique per-file keys

By using our secure platform, your consumer information is protected.

During upload and download files are protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) security protocols to protect authentication, authorization and file transfers. Files are encrypted in transit with a minimum of 128-bit encryption up to 256-bit when web browsers are configured to support it

Documents are transmitted and stored in an encrypted state.

Information is Stored in a Secured Database

Consumers NPI is restricted to approved access only.

All consumer NPI (non-public information) is kept in encrypted files, which protects the information in case of attack. Access is only granted to employee who have been cleared to access this information. NPI is requested from notary signing agents including but not limited to their W9 and SSN. This information is only requested once the intention to do business together has been established

Central Signing Service, Inc.always has a backup plan.

We utilized Amazon Web Services for our remote backups, one of the most secure and reliable database systems available for back up and storage. Amazon maintains servers in multiple locations to ensure your data is not lost or compromised in the case of natural disasters or fires that could damage servers.
